Brand: Fanfare

The Fanfare FT-1 (For Thee) is an American-built racecar designed for endurance racing. It was created by Kevin Eby and Luis Perocarpi in 2009, with the goal of winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP1-H hybrid category. The car is powered by a bespoke 3.4-liter V8 engine, coupled with an electric motor and battery pack for hybrid power. The FT-1 features a sleek and aerodynamic design, with a low front end, a high cockpit, and a large rear wing. It is built using carbon fiber composite technology, and features advanced suspension and braking systems. The car has a lightweight chassis and a low center of gravity, which makes it quick and agile on the track. In its debut race in 2014, the Fanfare FT-1 showed impressive speed and performance, but unfortunately did not finish the race due to mechanical issues. The team continued to develop and refine the car, and in 2016 they achieved a top-ten finish in the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The car is still racing today in various endurance racing events, and it remains a thrilling and innovative example of American automotive engineering.
