Ferrograph F307 (mk1) is a magnetic particle inspection (MPI) oil-suspension-based device used to detect cracks and defects in ferromagnetic materials. The F307 (mk1) has been discontinued by the manufacturer Ferrograph, and it has been replaced by more advanced and innovative MPIs, such as the F460 or F2000 models. However, some industries and organizations still use the F307 (mk1) due to its effectiveness and familiarity.
