The Kenwood V-39 is a mid-range, all-band (160 meters through 10 meters) mobile/base HF transceiver designed for amateur radio operators. It features a large, 16-character LCD display for easy readability, as well as a built-in, station-master powered antenna tuner (ATU) for simplified antenna connections. The radio has SSB ( Single Side Band ) and CW (Morse Code) modes, as well as LSB ( Lower Side Band ) for SSB-specific operations.
