Sansui 5500 is a brand and model name of a television produced by the Japanese consumer electronics company, Sansui Electric Co., Ltd. The Sansui 5500 was released in the mid-1980s and featured a 55-inch picture tube display with a resolution of 625 lines. It used a CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) technology, which provided high contrast and brightness.
